We are looking for a motivated individual who is organized and focused to support our Buying team. Candidates should have a basic understanding of buying and merchandising processes, with proficiency in Excel and similar tools. We prefer a candidate who is passionate about hunting and excited to learn new skills and gain exposure to many facets of ecommerce. This role is based in our Las Vegas, NV office and will report to our Senior Business Analyst.

Manage clerical duties involved with inventory buying including PO creation and documentation
Maintain purchase orders by communicating with vendors, warehouse, and buyers, and updating POs accordingly
Track and manage various processes including PO discrepancies and warranties
As needed, support site merchandising by editing collections and ensuring key items are placed appropriately on-site
As needed, partner with Merchandising and Buyers to create PDPs by compiling tech specs, product descriptions and other product details
As needed, support other departments including Showroom, Warehouse, Marketing, and Content
Strong attention to detail

Excel: Basic understanding of formulas and shortcuts with a desire to learn more
Experience with office tools (email, word processing, spreadsheets, calendar)
Proven ability to multi-task and interact with various team members
Prior Buying experience
Excel: Formulas, PivotTables, etc.
