Role Overview

The Customer Success Representative, or CSR, are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.  He/She can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary, as customer feedback is priceless.

Our CSR at goHUNT, will act as a liaison within the company and the voice of our customer.  The CSR’s primary responsibilities are to provide product/services information, field general inquiries, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer’s might experience. In addition, the CSR compiles customer feedback, covering all areas of the company, and translates the data into an improved experience for our customers.

This role reports directly to the Lead of Customer Success and will operate in a highly collaborative way with the rest of the goHUNT team. Location: Las Vegas Headquarters


  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team performance objectives and call handling targets
  • Manage customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience or experience as a Customer Success Representative (CSR)
  • Track record of over-achieving KPI targets
  • Highly self-motivated with critical attention to detail, understanding the fundamentals customer care
  • Proven ability to manage multiple Customer Success channels including phone, chat, and email
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
