On this week's Wild Game Friday, Cody Boor uses the Instant Pot to bring us an epic conglomeration of pasta, elk meat, and cheese. This hearty meal doesn't get any better than that!
Items needed for this recipe:
- Instant Pot
- Ground or thinly sliced elk
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- Provolone cheese
- Beef broth
- Minced garlic
- 1 bag of shell pasta
- Johnny's french dip au jus
- Kerrygold butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steak rub seasoning
