Located between Greeley and Sterling this farmland is mixed with some very rugged terrain and supports herds of antelope, whitetail and mule deer. State lands does offer roughly 6,000 acres of access.

Antelope lead the way in the unit with a few mature bucks scattered across the unit. Bull elk are very rarely encountered.
