This area is comprised of the scenic mountains in the Bridger Teton National Forest near the western edge of Wyoming. The area contains a lot of public land and a majority of it is in the Bridger Wilderness Area within the Wind River Mountain Range. This hunt area offers more moderate sheep habitat than some areas.
Sheep tend to stay above timberline until snowfall moves them down. Horses would be beneficial for this hunt, but not critical. Good rams can be found with hard work.
