The small unit is found in central Colorado and lies along the southern edge of the Fossil Ridge Wilderness Area. Hunters will find a classic high country hunt here complete with rocky ridges, pocket lakes, and extreme elevations. With the early dates of this hunt, hunters will need to access some of the highest areas in the unit and physical readiness will be important.
