This mountainous unit is located along the Montana border. This area has a paved road running through the middle of it and produces a good number of moose every year.
Bull moose in this unit commonly have 33-38” racks, especially those that live along well-used roads. Hunters in remote places have a good chance of seeing 36-45” bulls.
