This hunt district is located in central Montana. A majority of the antelope reside on private land. There are some scattered state sections and some Block Management areas. Ranches are generally quite large in this area, and some do allow public hunting. Antelope are not found on the forested land on the north part of this unit.
Antelope populations have remained stable and there is a high buck to doe ratio in this district.
