Located in the western part of the state, this tiny unit covers the Blackfoot–Clearwater Wildlife Management Area. It is strictly regulated for all species. Knowing the regulations and what you can and cannot hunt is key.
The district is a large wintering ground for elk, mule deer and whitetail. Game populations are stable throughout the year but really increase as snows pile in.
