This small unit is found in southwestern Montana and lies along the Yellowstone National Park Boundary. Because this unit is so small hunters will generally find sheep through deductive reasoning as there are only so many places the sheep can go. Most of the central low lying portions of the unit are private but most of the sheep habitat is found on public lands on the western edge of the unit.
While this unit is small, the country is still big and hunters should be physcially prepared for this hunt.
