Located in the central portion of the state this unit features wide-stretching agricultural lands and some scattered public hunting opportunities for DIY hunters. Agricultural lands dominate most of the unit but there are several river and creek bottoms that wind themselves through the area. Several walk-in areas are available to hunt throughout the unit but most of the public land is found in the eastern half of the unit.
