Quick Tips

- Look in remote pockets on the Utah/Arizona border
- Carry good maps and a GPS unit

Southwest of Cedar City and northwest of St. George and bordering Nevada and Arizona, this unit has few sheep and the state issues few tags.
Though this is a big unit, only a small part of it holds desert bighorn sheep. Hunting here can be feast or famine. It's not unusual for a hunter to shoot the only ram he or she sees.
