The is a new unit for Desert Big Horn Sheep in Utah and some good rams can be found here. Populations are low for the size of the unit and hunters will need to spend some time to initially locate sheep. This unit is almost entirely public although a large portion of the north-eastern half is comprised of the Canyon Lands National park which is closed to hunting.
This is a brand new unit for Desert Big Horn Sheep. Good access options can be found in most of the unit but locating sheep can still be difficult. Glassing the side slopes, mesa tops, and even the canyon bottoms can be successful.
