A large unit with some excellent public hunting grounds. Topography and terrain vary greatly from east to west, along with a big elevation change. There is lodging near most of the hunting areas.

This later muzzleloader season will see down in low to mid elevation areas with bucks beginning to chase does. Most deer are in the eastern side of the unit
