This unit is found in northeast Utah and along the Colorado border. Good elk numbers can be found here and hunters who are willing to work for it can have a very enjoyable hunt. A large portion of the western edge of the unit is private but hunters will still find plenty of public lands to hunt.

Good elk hunting can be found here throughout all of the seasons and hunters willing to put in the work can be in for a great hunt.
