This unit is west of Kaycee and southwest of Buffalo. The eastern portion of Big Horn Mountains can also be found inside of the unit. Mule deer and whitetail can be found here, but hunters can have a hard time accessing public land. For nonresidents, this area is part of Region Y and tags drawn for this area are also valid in: 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 33, 163, 169.
Hunters should try to glass over a lot of bucks before setting up a stand or getting ready for a stalk. Try to get access for private land, since a lot of deer can usually be found there.
