This area consists of mainly BLM land, some National Forest lands and tracts of private lands. Hunters can find good bucks in the low benches and sagebrush draws that are common here. Deer can hide very well in this area, so glassing and scouting throughout the area will turn up deer and high quality bucks. High sagebrush and deep canyons can hide deer, but it can also offer great terrain to stalk in close for shots.
